BITM extends a warm hand to the students by giving them all the support throughout their journey.

Students shall receive the course materials within twenty–one working days time after completion of admission formalities. A student may receive the complete set of materials upon submission of complete applicable fees. A student may apply for examination once ready with complete study for the books provided upon requesting Examination, the student may receive examination papers within fifteen working days time hence a student shall make a request for examinations at least fifteen days in advance. Results shall be declared within forty-five working days time.

In case of failing in an examination, a student may apply for re-examination by submitting Rs.500/- per subject of failing and shall receive fresh set of question papers within fifteen working days time.

The fees amount may be submitted in the form of a cheque drawn in the favor of Bharat Institute of Technology and Management PVT. LTD in case a cheque submitted for fees gets bounced because of lack of funds then the students is liable to pay Rs-500/- towards cheque bounce charges.
